Anti-fraud Reminder
Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been found out that certain criminals have forged our Bank Account Notice and Invoices, and required our customers to make remittance to their designated bank accounts with similar beneficiary’s name, which has caused huge losses to our customers. In order to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents and protect your interests, we hereby urge the following reminders:
1. Our Beneficiary’s Name is and will always be: Sinopec Zhejiang Zhoushan Petroleum Co., Ltd., which is strictly consistent with the name of the Seller, without any alias, abbreviation, prefix, or suffix.
2. Our recipient banks are and will always be in China, and we have no overseas recipient accounts.
3. The complete domain name of Sinopec email is and will always be @sinopec.com. If any character or order is inconsistent, or there is any prefix or suffix, it is not our email domain name. It is highly recommended that your email systems enable network security protocols such as SPF inspection to automatically identify fraudulent emails from forged senders.
4. If you receive a bank account change notice, it is highly recommended that you contact our sales manager through telephone for verification immediately.

防詐騙提醒
尊敬的客戶：
近期發現有不法分子偽造我公司的《銀行賬戶變更告知函》和銷售發票，要求我公司客戶將貨款付到其指定的銀行賬戶，給我公司客戶造成了巨額損失。為防止類似事件的再次發生，保障您的權利，我公司做如下提醒：
1. 我公司收款銀行賬戶名稱是并將一直是：Sinopec Zhejiang Zhoushan Petroleum Co., Ltd，與賣方名稱嚴格一致，沒有別名、縮寫、前綴、后綴。
2. 我公司收款銀行均在并將一直在中國，我公司無境外收款賬戶。
3. 我公司郵件的完整域名是并將一直是@sinopec.com，若有任何字符或順序不符，或有任何前綴、后綴，均非我公司郵件域名。建議您的郵件系統啟用SPF檢查等網絡安全策略，自動識別偽造發件人的詐騙郵件。
4. 您若收到銀行賬戶變更通知，建議您第一時間與客戶經理電話聯系核實。
